l'hotel est correct mais à ce prix là vous pouvez avoir un palace dans le centre de Delhi. et ils l'enregistrement de tous les numéros des cartes de crédit sur leur ordinateur, ce qui est non sécurisé et en plus illégal par rapport à la loi européenne que cet établissement ne respecte pas. Et pourquoi vouloir garder les numéros quand ils ont un terminal encrypté très sécurisé et lorsque la transaction est acceptée, il n'y a aucune raison de garder les numéros avant je les donnais, mais j'ai eu tellement de piratages que j'ai arrêté et maintenant je ne suis plus piratée

I had a very disappointing experience at The Elevate Hotel in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The bath towels looked more like old cleaning rags—very rough, heavily used, and far from the clean white towels one would expect from a hotel. The airport pickup service was also poorly managed. I had to call the hotel myself, and they informed me that they could not contact me because I had an international phone number. They then asked whether I had WhatsApp. In the end, I had to arrange and pay for my own taxi to the hotel. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on the dining experience. However, the bathroom was not up to acceptable standards, and the surrounding neighborhood was also not particularly appealing. For a hotel charging around $60 per night, I found the amenities and overall experience to be very substandard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

This property is basic and in a bad area. Indoors it is adequate but with some safety issues such as wet tiled floors with no safety signage and equipment left on stairs. Breakfast is very basic but suffice. The staff are all very attentive with the exception of Amar the concierge manager who markets tours aggressively. All I can say about him is to get anything offered in writing and please read the small print. Two examples ( a guided tour of Delhi, with no guide and only a driver that spoke very little English) and ( a tour to Amritsar booked in a lower class of Indian railway, a tour guide only booked to do half the tour we expected and then not paid until a threat from that guide to not continue). As disappointing as Amar was, our guide Anil Sharma of (feelmycitytours, WhatsApp +919780234705) came to our rescue to help rebook train tickets and the other half of the tour.
