Staff were very helpful and cordial especially the front desk as most interaction were with him( don’t remember his name as I met him during morning and afternoon shift)The only thing missing was dining area a/c as it was very hot and humid to eat down there , but I did hear someone trying to repair it.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel All Time Residency. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very convenient, with the metro station nearby and Connaught Place easily accessible. I also enjoyed the breakfast it was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Exceptional care and hospitality was provided by the staff!
We had an elderly family member staying alone for a day, and the staff went above and beyond, from a smooth check-in and escorting them to the room, to assisting with breakfast and lunch.
They also helped with the luggage and arranged a taxi to Delhi T3, ensuring they were dropped right at the airline counter. It was incredibly reassuring to know they were in such caring hands. Wonderful staff and truly outstanding service!

The pictures posted on Expedia. Are not true. Room are old like I would date it to time when the building was built.
Expedia needs know what they are posting on there website is what Customer expects.
A little bit here and there is ok
But this experience was awful never had a this bad of experience
For Expedia I would say you at least lost a customer and THAT IS ME.
