« While my room was dated and needed to be updated, I was fine with this but when my power went out a few times over a few days including once in the middle of the night and I awoke in a hot room sweating with wet sheets and feeling aweful, that was not great for any priced room.
I found out later that there had been an issue with the electrical for awhile ( not sure if it was effecting just my room or others? ) and they did not call to have any service done or it looked at from what I was...

« We arrived at the hotel around 8:15 pm. The hotel is "self check-in"...but we didn't receive an email or text to let us know what room we were assigned. When we finally talked to someone on the phone we received that information. When we found the room it was open...and not ready for us. The housekeeper did not know anyone would be using that room.
