Escape to this beautiful 4 BR, 2 BA home in the heart of Rancho Mirage! Situated in an exceptional area, this family-friendly home features a very private south east facing back yard, a deep pool, BBQ, and lounge area—a perfect oasis. Natural light fills the space, offering stylish comfort. Sleeps 8 with 3 King beds (1 converts to 2 XL twins) + Queen pullout bed in your Home Office. Unbeatable access to world-class golf, shopping, dining, entertainment, and healthcare. Book now for the ultimate desert getaway!  
  
As you walk into this home you will be impressed with the vaulted ceiling in the family room, living room and dining area. The marble gas fireplace offers a fantastic space to relax or to entertain guests. The family room offers a big comfortable couch to watch your favorite show on the new 65" television or to curl up and read a book.  
  
The 4 bedrooms are a good size with comfortable medium-firm mattresses.   
  
The area has very little car traffic and you will often run into neighbors going for a walk or walking their dogs. I have always found everyone to be really friendly.   
  
The home is located on the southern end of Rancho Mirage, which has much less wind than most other parts of the valley. This really increases the enjoyment of the yard.  
  
The backyard and pool are so private. No neighbors can see in. The pool is fairly large (28' by 16') and is 7' deep on the one end (cannon balls anyone?).  
  
There are also no powerlines running through the backyard. So much nicer than in some neighbouring areas.

#### A Great Place and Excellent Location 

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The place is ideally located close to everything you’d like in the area. Palm Springs is a quick drive. Palm Desert and El Paseo even closer. All the great golfing nearby and even easy access to the Tennis Center in Indian Wells. The whole place is super clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the dishes, appliances, pots and pans, etc you could use. There’s even a nice gas grill on the patio. The pool and grounds are also well maintained and enjoyable to use. The three bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed, even though we only used one. Both baths also clean and well stocked.The photos in the listing are accurate and, if anything, it’s even nicer than it shows there. It is in a nice, quiet and friendly neighborhood. I can’t imagine anyone not being pleased with their stay here.
