Beautiful views of Grand Mesa and the Adobe Buttes are the backdrop of this serene valley. Watch an occasional horseback rider in the arena outside the front porch, listen to the sounds of Tongue Creek and Surface Creek from the back patio, or enjoy a bonfire under the stars! Feel free to walk the grounds and enjoy the peaceful setting on 70 acres. This 2 bedroom ranch house accommodates 4 adults comfortably with a pull out couch for additional guests. Our "petting zoo" includes chickens, 5 Nigerian Dwarf Goats (who LOVE attention).Feel free to walk around and meet anywhere between 18-27 horses at the ranch, spread out over several separate corral spaces. Most of them love the attention and each has a unique story that adds a personal touch to our home in the valley. This is a true Colorado experience for young and old alike. We also provide EV charging on site down at the workshop. We actually stayed in a different unit just steps away from this one on this same property. We were in the loft apartment of the barn. This ranch is really cool, and our unit was clean, quiet, and well equipped. The view of Grand Mesa and the closer buttes was beautiful, and the bonus of the horses and the sweet donkey that I talked to each time we came and went was frosting on the cake. Of special note was the outstanding communication with the host, even though she was called away on urgent family business. She was completely available for my questions. Barb and David were great with communication and check-in and check-out were easy and simple. Excellent stay - all the amenities, super clean, well stocked, and comfortable stay. The hosts are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. The animals are very friendly and awesome to see. I was there to do work for a couple days. It was so peaceful to come back and have the sound of the creek behind the property and the sounds of the horses and the animals. The stars in the moon are absolutely magic and the property is so well taken care of and every inch you can feel the love in which the property embodies. We were 100% recommended! ##### Melissa F.
