They were beyond gracious and the hotel is stunning. Location is wonderful. Staff was exceptional and the room they finally gave us was perfect and lovely!! Great hotel in town in Taormina. Highly recommend!

Examples being nearly impossible to order food/drinks at the pool due to lack of staff and then a very long wait to receive. "This was amazing. A little distance from Catania centre but we had a car so that didn't matter. A lovely relaxed place right on the sea with access. Rooms were large and well maintained. Great atmosphere."
