« Très bel hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Belgrade et proche de tous les transports en commun. Un marché de produit frais est juste en face et des échoppes L’hôtel est très propre et neuf, le personnel est bien sauf que nous avons eu plusieurs informations contradictoires sur les tarifs et au sujet du petit déjeuner qui était finalement payant alors qu’annoncé gratuit au début du séjour Néanmoins je reviendrais dans cet hôtel si j’ai l’occasion car les prestations sont très bonnes Le...

« Communication avant notre arrivée difficile. Chambre d'aspect 4 étoiles, mais les finitions laissent à désirer (carrelage derrière le canapé, pots de peintures ouverts dans le couloir,...). Aucun ménage effectué pour 4 nuits, réception souvent indisponible, décevant. Autre surprise: le petit déjeuner se déroule dans le café en face de l'hôtel, plutôt bon mais restreint. Et pour finir le bruit du boulevard insupportable mais normal car on ne peut pas fermer les doubles fenêtres... »

"À notre arrivée, la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte alors qu’il faisait 0 °C dehors. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et, malgré notre réclamation à la réception, le problème n’a pas été résolu : on nous a simplement donné des draps supplémentaires au lieu de nous changer de chambre ou de réparer le chauffage. Nous avons été très déçus, et j’ai malheureusement fini par tomber malade à cause du froid dans la chambre."
