Very good overall but no daily maid service. They didn’t exchange towels, didn’t re fill toilet paper … just made a bed poorly

I am so thankful your staff. Our flight was re routed and we came in late (after midnight). After a frustrating day, the professionalism and empathy of your staff made all the difference. I wish I remembered the young man’s name. He was truly a gem. The next morning, I was very pleased again by the stellar staff. The hotel was peaceful, quiet, welcoming and refreshing. Thank you.

Really fun vibe for families or students. Lobby had college students playing games and hanging out. 24/7 coffee bar. Peloton in the gym. Great water pressure in the shower. Would stay again!

Everything was great, until we checked out. We checked out in the middle of the night because we had to catch an early flight and the guy that checked us out was not at all helpful or friendly. When we came down we weren’t sure if it was closed because he was sitting off to the side. We assumed he was another guest, he seemed annoyed that we had questions and wanted to purchase a drink.

First, they overbooked the place, so they threw ours, and any other "3rd party bookings" as they put it out the door. We had to find another place at 10 pm before our early morning flight. (Expedia, and sites like that). Secondly, before getting to that info, we had to park in a dirt pit as the paved lot was packed - even those that apparently got a room. My family lives close by and I'm a regular traveler to that area. Going forward, no thank you to ANY Hilton property.
