Everything was great, except the kids we’re looking forward for the pool. There’s no pool, they haven’t updated it on the app. What a bummer. Other than that, the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good, too. But the lady in charge took too long to put more food, so there was a lonnger wait.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. We arrived in much later than expected dir to a delayed flight, quickly & efficiently checked us in, so we could get to our room & crash! We’d stay here again when we visit Durham again

I made and paid for my room via Expedia. Upon my arrival the lady who checked us in, charged my credit card again. I brought this to her attention and she said she would have the manager contact us. Never heard from the manager. I contacted the front staff and spoke with the manager who said he would have to wait until I checked out to refund my credit card. Also had spoke to the front counter about a missing dial on the microwave. The clerk at the counter (unknown name) was excellent. No one came to fix/replace the microwave during my stay. The employee at the front counter asked me if he had been fixed and I told him no. He was very apologetic! He provided good customer service! On Sunday 9/20 I went to the breakfast and they were unable to keep up with the demand of people. They had one lady restocking the food and cleaning. She was trying her best to keep up with the demand, but obviously needed help. Clearly not enough food staff working for the amount of people there.

This hotel worked out good for our family’s stay during our recent trip. The room was clean. Our requests for additional linens for the trundle bed and bathroom towels were easily met. The room was a little warm, but it was late when we realized it and I couldn’t figure out why, so we just dealt with it. The breakfast was not great, but we ate enough to get along our journey. Parking was easy and seemed safe.
