Nice spacious rooms and great shower pressure in the showers. Pillows and bed could be more comfortable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I would NEVER book here again. We got locked out our rooms 3 times, very upsetting and complete inconvenience. The breakfast is absolutely untasty with very limited options. You do better going to the local gas station. The staff there are complete liars and unprofessional. Due to the inconvenience of being locked out our rooms which caused a complete delay with our plans, we were told that two nights would be comped. During checkout and finalization of the bill, the staff lied and said she never said that....that's right a complete untrustworthy, unprofessional and pathetic LIAR. The hotel manager was just as unprofessional and threatened to call the police because we trying to getting things situated...mind you all while keeping the piece. Thank goodness a staff member walked by that we totally forgot was standing there during the course of myself and LIAR conversation. And thank goodness he was truthful and admitted she was lying. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....SAVE YOURSELF, MONEY, MIND & PEACE AND DO NOT STAY HERE!! Don't say I didn't warn you.

The location is great 30 min or less to where i need to go. That particular weekend was the Dreamville festival and it was only 10 min away from the hotel. When we checked in Friday night, 4/6/24 the staff member that was a front desk was the only staff member there. I can't remember his name but he did an amazing job considering the circumstances. The room was nice and clean but my blinds didn't work, being that there was only 1 window it would have been nice to be able to open and close the blinds in the room. Overall great place to stay 😊👍

A Great Place To Stay
An amazing place to stay,specially for the first time visitors and tourists to Raleigh and the Triangle Area. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. Jody was quite above and beyond. Shawn was also a good team player. Location of the hotel is quite accessible to the major high ways It was a great place to stay and will be back there again when the opportunity comes

The good: Easy access off of I40, convenient to PNC Arena, close to dining and shopping. Clean rooms, great staff! The not so good: Mattress was very hard, pillows are WAY too soft! That said this was our second stay at this property in less than six months and we will definitely return again. Highly recommend, especially for events at PNC,

Nice new hotel w/comfy beds.
The hotel is nice and new. The rooms have lots of space and the beds were comfortable. We wish there was an indoor pool instead of outdoor. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Nice stay. Great location. Would give higher stars if the hot water was hotter in the shower and the house keeping staff would at least give us till 11am checkout time before knocking on the door asking us what are we checking out.

When we arrived the property was very appealing. The room seemed clean when we entered. The floor had not been vacuumed, dirty dishes in the dishwasher. And our baby had picked up a toenail and had it in her mouth, I admittedly ask for a vacuum and did our floor and dishwasher tabs. The staff was very nice and the morning breakfast attendant was amazing.

Checkin was a 0 to 1 star, to be completely truthful. We arrived at 11:45pm and the front desk clerk could not figure out how to make a room key. After suggesting that we use a house-cleaning service generic key just to get in so we could sleep, she said that housekeeping was gone for the day. That wasn’t the point- we just wanted to use a generic key and get in! She rang her manager and after the manager suggested the same, she brought us to the room with one of the generic keys, which did not work. Ugh. After multiple tries, and multiple keys, we finally got into our room at 12:45pm.

The hotel was nice quality was nice but the breakfast sucked, no variety and when i went there was no food. could have did better with replenishment 8.5 out of 10 overall. The receptionist was very manner-able
