The staff was very responsive to requests. This property is located near a lot of dining options and stores. It's very close to the airport and they have a shuttle that is very responsive to picking up and dropping off guests. Just ask the front desk to arrange transportation.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean and updated. The only drawback was the forest clearing outside of my room, but there is not much they could do about that. I'll definitely be coming back

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay again. It’s away from almost everything but close to everything if that makes sense if you’re just there to relax. It’s walking distance from most restaurants and shop. The staff is friendly and the continental breakfast was good

I specifically chose this site based on their post of providing airport shuttle, I was in North Carolina for the funeral of a dear friend and was relying on shuttlr service that sadlywas not provided at all. Very, very disappointing, and added to my grief.

The hotel was nice what i didn't like is the room service did not come in and remove towels and give us clean ones or take out the trash. We had to go down to the front desk to get new towels and even toilet paper. Thank God i brought my own towels.

The staff was more than friendly and helpful. The beds are extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and you did have choices. The only thing that could have made it better was having a hot tub lol
