Check in was simple but not friendly. Felt like I was taking up their personal time. Since I had booked the room using a discount app you’d think they’d be less annoyed. The following morning when I came in after my night shift I inquired about extending my stay another day. I couldn’t remember my room number and I was treated as if I was trying to steal something from them or impersonate an “actual” guest. Finally once I had been vetted, I was told that they couldn’t extend my stay at the front desk, that I would need to do that thru the app where I had initially booked the room. Fair enough. This morning upon arriving, I stopped to grab some coffee from the free continental breakfast and found there no coffee. Someone from the maintenance staff saw me and apologized for having no coffee, but that he was brewing another pot. He then began to gossip with the front desk girl.She chimed in commenting on my clothing and a “you couldn’t tell” comment ,referring to my choice of attire .
