was originally sent to an uncleaned room. no hot water available for the entirety of my stay. clothing iron did not work and no ironing board was available even if I needed to use. staff were friendly enough but definitely not worth the $$ spent.

There was nobody there to assist and checke.in. I had to page someone to come to the desk. Paid front and dental ed to check in due to the time even though they said It was ok running late. Than I sat there for hours before getting checked in and find rved to pay more even though I paid online.

They never found the reservation so we couldn’t stay there. John at the front desk hung up on me. They did nothing to help. The hotel had a weird odor and dirt was visible in the floor corners. Creepy people were loitering outside and it made the entire experience horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The staff when I checked in was very nice. I was rushing when I checked in and let them know it smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Went to place food in fridge and saw dead bugs on floor around the edge of fridge. Decided to take food with me to visit family. Arrived back around 2am and killed two bugs in bedroom. Didn't want to sleep in car so laid on top of bed in my clothing and put a shirt over pillow to lay my head on. Couldn't sleep. Went to bathroom and hair was around edge of toilet. Needless to say I through water on my face checked out early and drove home. Will not stay there again. Hopefully once they remodel and become Mainstay it will be more inviting and clean.

Horrible night in Purgatory
I met one roach named Charlie here. When I first checked in, the lady at the desk was having a personal call and her kids were playing in the lobby area. FYI they have no maintenance person on the weekends. My non-smoke room smelled like a cigar lounge. There was a torn couch and no hot water. My suite had a tv but the tv wasn't plugged in. I guess someone took the plug. very dirty except for the bed.

Front door was broken. Lobby furniture looked dated. Room was nice and big but old and looked dirty. The bed was comfortable but was hard to sleep being able to hear people walking above our heads all night. Breakfast was a joke. Would never stay here again and do not recommend to anyone.

Poor communication relating to the towing rules. the same trash has been on the ground in the building for over a week. The junkies that are in and out are ridiculous! for how much they charge, you would think roaches, spiders, trash and feens wouldn't be an issue.

Please REFUND! The hotel was filthy…..at 5:30am I was awakened by a girl banging on my door……I told her to go away! At 8am I went to my car to get my BP medicine….when I got back to my floor a policeman was wrestling in the hallway near my my room with a girl…..trying to put handcuffs on her…..When I turned the corner the policeman grabbed his gun and looked up at me….I was terrified! When I checked out I told the hotel receptionist to REFUND my money immediately! They told me that I would have to contact Hotels.com….You can call the hotel and verify that the police was on my floor wrestling with some girl right next to my door….PLEASE REFUND!

The place is a 100% dump. Trash and cigarette butts on floors, elevators and stairways. The entire building smelled like a Marlboro factory. It was so bad, we left after checking into our room and went to the Hampton Inn 3 miles away.

This place was deplorable and need to be shut down. When I entered the main entrance the whole hotel reeked of smoke, the lobby area was in a disarray with old furniture pieces that was scattered about. The receptionist was friendly and allowed me to see the room I was assigned prior to paying which I was so glad. The hallway rugs, the elevator were both filthy, and there were multiple families living in these units, you could smell the marijuana smoke, there was a pan handler walking around selling shoes and items out the trunk of his car…just a hot mess!! Please please do not take your family there.

We had to leave because 1. The place was smelly, 2. The suite we booked had no chairs, 3. The place was So dirty. There was trash on the floors and it looked like no one had Swept the floors for many days. The desk clerk was very nice—only good point.

Nasty and unhygienic! Lobby unclean and smelled bad. Stairs were nasty with trash and cigarette butts on carpet in hallway. Holes punched in walks with graffiti on the walls. Room has stained linen, couch was nasty to sit on much less sleep in. Left and called around for another hotel! Husband waited in lobby to speak to someone over 15 minutes. Left the keys on desk and left!

This place was horrible! The lobby area and rooms were dirty. Carpets were damp and sticky. They had gnats and roaches in the rooms. I attempted to get another room due to bugs and they were unwilling. They allow pets and there was literally dog poop in the hallway!! This place should be burned down.

Don't let the photos fool you! This place is trash
We checked in at 1am after a long day if travel. When we arrived there were many people just hanging out in the parking lot. The grounds and lobby of the hotel had trash lying around everywhere. When I went inside to check in there was no one at the desk. I had to wait 15 mins for the receptionist to even show up. When she did she informed me the room with 2 beds was no longer available and all she had left was a single bed room with a pull out couch. Meanwhile people were coming and going from the lobby being very loud. When I agreed to stay she brought me out some balled up sheets to use on the pull out bed. This was not the quality I paid for! After a short amount of time my business partner and I agreed even though it was very late and we were very tired we would feel much safer somewhere else. We immediately returned the keycards and went to stay at a better hotel a few mins down the road.

Don't stay here!
The property was dirty. From the elevator to the hallway. Supposed to been a smoke-free facility but when you get off the elevator all you seen was smoke young kids running all over the place. Cops being called out three different times. Sound like there was domestic violence going on next door.

Good place but only if you really like cigarettes
When we arrived at the hotel, there were caution/hard hat signs at the front, with caution tape blocking off parking spots. There was broken glass everywhere, and as soon as we stepped inside the lobby we were hit with the strongest tobacco smell I've ever encountered. The room had some damage do it, but was sanitary overall with a clean bathroom, sheets, and bedding. The only issue was that the non-smoking room was clearly a smoking room at one point with nothing done to remove the smell. If you can handle the worst cigarette smell in your life, there are worse hotels you could stay at. But at the moment, this hotel needs a DEEP clean. Even the walls are sticky.

The hotel was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. It was run down, smelled of cigarettes, pee, and rotten food. I got charged $234 and didn’t spend the night there. There were wholes in the walls, appliances missing with exposed wires and pieces of wood holding up the dresser. Absolutely horrific in every way. It seemed more like a rent by the hour place than a $200 a night.

1st when I tried to check in they didn’t have a room then they tried to charge me more for another room the rooms are horrible they look very dirty didn’t feel comfortable @ all
