Everything looked worn: The hall rugs were balding and torn at seams, bedside lampshade had dirt spots, the first room we were given smelled musty because the air conditioner was not working, the exercise room was closed for maintenance. Good thing was staff at front desk.

The place is old and it felt old. Nothing was updated, the room service was bad, Never going to stay at any Best Western again. The breakfast was terrible
