Does not look like 5 star hotel. Should be 3 or maximum 4 star. Electric supply goes frequently, no generator. 2 tea bags, two towels, one tooth brush! You will have to ask if you need more. No iron/ironing board in room. Only good thing is that staff is very polite and helping.

The property is satisfactory and food is good too. The only one big complaint we had was about a front desk guy who was coughing his guts out at the front desk. It was disgusting. Finally we had to let him know to at least wear a mask his cough was so bad or take a few days off. He ignored our suggestion and kept infecting everyone around him with cough sputum everywhere around him. I think he had TB or Covid.

I’ve stayed here a few times while visiting Rajkot ! Rooms are large , bed was a bit soft ! Hotel evening buffet was better than I expected and along with my Rajkot host tried a lot of Indian foods that I had not previously enjoyed ! Plan ahead it’s hard to get alcohol in Rajkot if you need it !

There was no heating in the room and so, the technician said he would turn off the AC in the room and we should wait for the room to heat up naturally. It was 16 degrees, how was the room going to heat up. I asked to speak to the manager and he showed me some other rooms, of course with the same explanation. All rooms were cold. After insistence they provided us with a space heater. This is a 5 star hotel and escalation for temp control should not have to be escalated to a manager, it should be a line protocol.

Excellent stay, really loved the experience. Family friendly and definitely 5*. Been India many times but this has been the best hotel we've stayed in by far. Thank you to the staff, excellent service. The room was nice and clean and the facilities were exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice and comfortable place to stay in Rajkot
It is a decent place to stay with a family and enjoy a variety of Indian cuisine at breakfast, lunch or dinner. We always stay here every time we visit Rajkot. It is a value for money and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The herbal bathroom toiletries are amazing and refreshing in heat and dust of Rajkot.
