Four Points by Sheraton Point Edward Sarnia
10/10 Excellent
"Successfully remodelled hotel.
Wonderfully redecorated from entrance/reception, to restaurant (Boston Pizza), to hallways, rooms, meeting locals, poll/gym etc.
Friendly/efficient staff.
All around: superb "
"The staff was helpful with our requests. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was super hot outside but the A/C worked great. It was nice to walk to the bridge, along the river, and eat at the nearby restaurants. We had a really nice 2 night stay! "
"Grateful they allowed my dog to stay in the room. Place was clean. Looked like faulty wiring in the room, and a couple of issues with other rooms (door doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling, another room door was open, entire room in disarray). When we went for the free breakfast, the restaurant was sweltering. The server offered to seat us where it was “better” - it was not better, and we left"
"when we get there, our room wasn't ready yet so we had to wait for about half an hour, but the wait was worth it cause our room was clean, nice view, and it has a nice kitchen. front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. everything was great except for the breakfast, food wasn't good but we are not a huge breakfast eater anyway. would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends and will definitely comeback to this hotel."
