"Room was not the greatest needed a bit more cleaning. Sheets were stained and pillows were hard. Staff was okay but could use a little more professionalism. "

"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."

"The casino room and shower were great, property grounds beautiful and were clean pool area was great. The biggest disappointment was atm cash machines not working along with many slot machine games not working the 3 days we stayed. Seems like the resort itself is great, casino floor staff needs to step it up. How does Winnstar casino in Oklahoma have cleaner working casino floor than this place is crazy. No complaints other than that, great resort."

"Close to casino. We stayed there in past when it use to be Best Western and not much has changed. For what we paid I expected better accommodations. The fridge didn’t work, the clock didn’t work, the toilet had a slight leak. On top of the high price we had to pay and additional $70 Some sort of resort fee. It’s a nice place but worth the price."

"It’s a Days Inn next to the freeway. The road noise is incredibly loud, some of the loudest I have ever heard. It wasn’t too terrible inside - but was very present all night. The place is fairly run down, but not terrible. It was clean mostly, there was hair on the bathroom floor. Location is Ok, and you get what you pay for. Not too bad for a stop over on the interstate."

"Disappointing stay – major cleanliness and noise issues I stayed here last Saturday night and unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. There were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable: Cleanliness: We found a cockroach by the coffeemaker, and the carpet throughout the room was visibly dirty. Noise: The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Service: The staff member serving breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of hygiene and poor service was unacceptable. I won’t be returning."
