What we did not know was, that the appartment complex did belong to a Hotel that closed some time ago. The appartment itself is nice, new renovated, clean and air conditioned (necessary in summer!!!). »

« A parte de la ubicación tan buena, el apartamento era muy completo y la piscina muy amplia. Se agradece que todas las estancias den a la terraza (bien acondicionada con mesa amplia y tumbonas). No es primera línea pero como si lo fuera (es un 11 y se ve el mar) y con la comodidad de no haber ruido de zona de bares que si tiene la primera línea. Si volvemos a Calpe repetiríamos en este alojamiento sin duda. »

« Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans ce bel appartement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé et bien décoré . Aucun bruit de circulation car il donne directement sur la mer. Le parking est très appréciable Maria José nous a très bien reçu La vue est époustouflante sur la mer grâce aux 2 balcons. La petite plage est idéale pour les enfants Je recommande cet endroit. Nous n’avons qu’une seule envie, c’est d’y retourner. Merci à toute l’ équipe pour son professionnalisme »

« The property worked well for us as we had a wedding close by and a car rental. The property was way up the mountain so you will need a car to get around. The property had a wonderful patio and pool area. The property was quiet and had all the amenities we needed. The property was well equiped but did not have shower soaps and there was only one use of laundry soap provided for our group for 3 nights. "Je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, digne d’un 2 étoiles. Tout d’abord, nous avons trouvé des poissons d’argent à trois reprises dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est clairement pas acceptable dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le point le plus grave reste un incident très stressant : je suis restée bloquée environ 10 minutes dans la salle de bain avec une de mes filles, pendant que mon autre fille était seule dans la chambre. La porte était impossible à ouvrir et j’ai finalement dû forcer et casser la porte pour pouvoir sortir. Mes enfants étaient complètement tétanisés par la situation. Malgré la gravité de l’incident, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, seulement des excuses. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel n’était pas non plus adaptée aux familles. Beaucoup de clients étaient ivres, et nous avons même retrouvé des joints près des chambres, ce qui est particulièrement choquant lorsqu’on séjourne avec des enfants. Les aires de jeux pour enfants sont également problématiques : - L’aire de jeux extérieure n’est pas sécurisée : le jeu de balance se détache du sol lorsque les enfants sont dessus, ce qui est dangereux. - L’aire de jeux intérieure est très mal entretenue : la plupart des jeux sont cassés ou très sales. Le seul point positif de notre séjour reste le buffet, qui est varié et de bonne qualité. Malheureusement, au vu de ces problèmes de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’ambiance, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille."
