While staying at the Farmhouse, please note that the owner resides within the same residence, ensuring your needs are promptly attended to. To reach the property, you will navigate a 1.9 km long bumpy motor access road, adding to the rustic charm of your holiday rental experience. Nearby amenities include a supermarket located 4 km away and the renowned Alpentherme Altenmarkt thermal baths, just 10 km from the property.

Large kitchen (4 hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table and dining nook. Shower/WC. Parquet floors. Large balcony 15 m2\. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. As of mid-December, the apartment will be completely and tastefully renovated. The living room will become a second bedroom.
