« Serena. Or Sierra? Was very helpful. She made me feel comfortable on my Stay. Enjoyed the hotub too! I liked the Laid back vibe. Thanks! »

« Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else. »

« Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Not pet friendly and needs new management. »

« Clean room, staff was nice! Plus it’s not super expensive for a room! We will be staying here again in the future! »

« While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good! »

« Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders »

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« The property was remodeled and had fresh paint and carpet. It was not very soundproof though. We could hear people talking and going in and out of their doors. »

« The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

« The building didn’t have any logos, the carpet was musty! And a cockroach was in the bathroom. The front desk ladies was nice. »

« Very convenient to the Highway. Property lacked sufficient parking and the grounds had minimal landscaping, etc, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the rate was a bit high for the property, but I would stay here again. »

« It was a very pleasant stay, it was well maintained and clean. The property manager answered my questions quickly and efficiently, also was very professional. As a Veteran it was nice to have a place that accepts pets. »
