The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The park setting of the hotel was stunning and the proximity to the old town of Rab was a real plus.

Full service international class hotel. Staff is well trained and professional. Caters to tour groups but pays proper attention to us independent travelers too. Facility is in excellent condition and super comfortable. View over old Rab from our 3rd floor balcony was really nice. Minutes walk to the historical center.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber. Zimmer könnten ein wenig größer sein. Reichliches Frühstücksbüffet und Brunch, toller Pool. Strand ca. 8 min Fußweg, kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, man hat sich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend. Beim Abendessen war es oft im Speisesaal laut, weil dort grosse Gruppen waren.

Thsi hotel is not for adults only
Valitsimme tämän hotellin, koska hotellin kuvaustekstissä sanotaan, että hotelli on tarkoitettu VAIN aikuisille. Saavuimme kohteeseen ja huomasimme, että uima-allasalueella oli myös lapsia. Pyysin selitystä hotellin vastaanotosta ja sanoivat, että viime kesänä hotelli oli ollut vain aikuisille, nyt se on aikuisille suunnattu. Heidän kuvausteksti oli siis virheellinen, mutta eivät suostuneet hyvittämään majoituksen hinnasta mitään. Itse kohde ei siis vastannut sitä mitä luulimme ostaneemme. Olisin odottanut, että virheen ollessa näin selkeä henkilökunta olisi ymmärtänyt hyvittää jotain. Huonoa palvelua. Pitäisivät huolen siitä, että kuvausteksti on sitä mitä oikeasti asiakkaalla on odotettavissa. Erittäin pettynyt asiakas.

Stilvolles Hotel an bester Lage
Schon lange nicht mehr in einem so tollen Hotel gewesen, wo man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Stilvoll renovierte Zimmer mit allem Komfort. wunderschöner Park, durch den man direkt in die Altstadt gelangt. Attraktive Poollandschaft. Der Strand ist bestens zu Fuss erreichbar, wo einem glasklares Wasser erwartet. Wie hier üblich, allerdings mit Kieselsteinen. Das Essen (Buffet) einfach etwas vom besten, was ich je gehabt habe, Alles frisch und sofort wieder nachgefüllt, morgens wie abends. Der Service sehr aufmerksam. Als einziger Mangel ist die Zimmerreinigung zu erwähnen. Sauber war es, aber es wurden mehrmals nicht alle Verbrauchsartikel nachgereicht. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und würde es ganz sicher das nächste Mal wieder buchen.

Gutes Hotel, indiskutables Zimmer an der Rückseite mit LKW-Lieferverkehr ab 7.00 Uhr morgens und massiver Geruchsbelästigung durch gestapelte Müllsäcke. Geschlossene Fenster wegen sehr lauter Klimaanlage keine Alternative. Solche Zimmer anzubieten ist schon eine Frechheit und verdirbt die Urlaubsfreude zumal das Hotel sonst wirklich zu empfehlen ist.

Hygienischer Substandard
Das Hotel wurde teils renoviert, teils ist es noch alt. Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit ist allerdings Substandard. Wir sind in der früh mit von uns im Schlaf zerquetschten Kakerlaken im Bett aufgewacht. Die daraufhin geforderte Grundreinigung wurde nicht durchgeführt. An der Rezeption war man nicht sehr verwundert, es kommt anscheinend öfters vor. Keine Entschuldigung oder irgendwas. Gerade einmal das Leintuch wurde gewechselt. Möchte gar nicht wissen wie es in der Küche aussieht. Alle anderen Eigenschaften des Hotels treten bei so einem Erlebnis in den Hintergrund, dabei wäre die Lage im Park sehr schön.

Hübsches Hotel
Gutes Hotel mit schöner Ausstattung. Badezimmer sind ein bisschen klein. Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet gut. Service manchmal nicht so toll. Es scheint als hätten die meisten Angestellten keine Ausbildung. Zum Teil etwas unbeholfen. Ansonsten super Hotel mit einer tollen Lage und grossen Zimmern.
