Only about 30 metres separate you from the turquoise blue water of Kvarner Bay – the perfect place to enjoy sun, sea and tranquillity. The 45 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a cosy living area with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything for self-catering: a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A highlight is the private terrace with sea view, which leads directly into the well-maintained garden. It is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, lounge furniture, and a Hollywood swing - ideal for relaxed hours outdoors.
