"The checkin was terrible. No crowd control. The queue was spread over. People from behind were helped to checkin before us in queue. Took 2 hours to get the room. The floors in the rooms were so dusty not cleaned for a while looked like. Washroom shattaf was flimsy and not clean. Parking lots not marked so everyone parked wherever they wanted. "Please avoid booking this hotel. Our experience with the management was extremely disappointing. We were unexpectedly asked to leave with no prior communication or proper explanation, and the manager, Ankit Sharma, showed very little courtesy or support, even though we were stranded during a very difficult situation. Another major issue was regarding the extension of our stay and sudden rule changes. We tried to discuss extending our booking, but there was no clear communication from the hotel about whether the extension was possible or if any policies had changed. Instead, the rules seemed to change suddenly, and we were told to leave without proper notice. Because of this, we are now on our way to Dubai after being forced to leave. This is not how guests should ever be treated, especially during a crisis. If you are looking for a true luxury experience and respectful service, I strongly recommend Rixos Marina Hotel in Abu Dhabi instead."

"The hotel and staff are lovely, but my stay was ruined by the noise and vibration coming from the nightclub in the hotel which reverberated around the building until 4am, keeping me awake for most of the night, despite changing rooms. I complained about the noise but the night staff could do nothing to stop it ir get it turned down. This happened every night."
