Room was clean and modern, I had to switch the electric radiator off in the night cos of the noise it was making and to top it off not really the hotels fault but kids on scrambler bikes were racing on the field in the night.

New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away .

"Reserved a twin room. The first room that we were assigned had not been cleaned and there was water all over the bathroom floor from where someone had a shower. Given another room.
