Amazing
The manager and owner are fantastic. They helped us with so much and sent a driver to collect us at the airport. The house is super secure and we felt right at home. It is on a hill which was excellent exercise at the end of the day and right at the start of a massive park. The security guard was awesome. Huge house with heaps of room and laundry! Best of all…the rabbits. UNREAL fun. They are so cute. When you wake in the morning and look out it’s so fun to see them. They are absolutely the best. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Lissette and Rocio! We hope to return.

Enjoyed the stay
We enjoyed the stay at the property. My two girls enjoyed playing with the rabbits. There are two parks within walking distance. The Parque Metropolitano Guanguiltagua is quite large and has llamas and alpacas, though we did not see any, still a nice park. The property manager arranged transportation for us from the airport, the maintenance person was helpful and had fresh groceries for us when we arrived, which was great as we arrived past midnight and it took a minute to get our bearings around the city. Overall a great stay and introduction to Quito.

Unable to Stay There
We were very excited to stay at Lissette's beautiful-looking home. Lissette was very responsive to all our needs before our trip and even helped find a nanny for our kids for the two weeks we were going to be there. Unfortunately, we had passport issues at the airport and were not able to enter Ecuador! Lissette has a strict cancellation policy but very graciously agreed to let us stay there in the future, which she did not need to do. We are very grateful and look forward to visiting in the future.

Big, confortable and safe
This unit is incredibly big, very comfortable and a super safe area to stay. The rooms are very ample and well supplied. It needs a little basic maintenance, like doors handles don't work, light bulbs missing or burnt and instructions as to how to replace the hot water gas when it runs out. But otherwise the manager is very responsive and the neighbors are very friendly. The basket of fruit and the basic coffee and sugar needs was very appretiated. Enjoy the rabiits!

Great place for a group
We arrived on Christmas Eve for the winter holidays and our daughter's wedding and we had a wonderful stay. We had a lot of room for 4-5 guests, with beds to spare. The rooms were all large and comfortable, with plenty of extra bedding in the bedrooms. The water faucet in the shared bathroom leaked and some of the burners on the electric stove need work, but the kitchen was well stocked and they even had food for us to make breakfast on Christmas morning, along with lovely touches like roses in many vases. We went away for a couple of nights and they kindly let us leave our luggage at the home, as they didn't have another booking between our two stays. There was a security guard at the end of the block and we felt very safe. We also appreciated being able to sit out on the patio and enjoy the outdoor space. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Comfortable Retreat
This was our first stay in Quito, Ecuador. This home was outstanding. There was plenty of room, a nice lawn, and in a great location. The patio with the rabbits in the back yard made morning coffee fun while we fed the rabbits carrots. Lissette (owner) and Rocio (House manager) did a great job helping us with anything we needed. Their responsiveness to our questions made us feel special. They did a great job! I highly recommend this home! Sincerely, the Laska Family...

Amazing place!
We stayed here for 4 nights. It is huge and slept our family of 6 very comfortably. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. We were greeted by Rocio and she was wonderful even though she speaks very little English and we speak very little Spanish. We were provided with a bowl of fruit, eggs, milk, cheese and bread which was a wonderful surprise and blessing. We cooked several meals there and never lacked for any devise or utensil. It was also wonderful to have access to a washer and dryer at that point in our journey through Ecuador. The home is extremely quiet, bunnies are fun to feed and the home is so large it is easy to have "alone time" when needed. The parking provided was close and secure. The house was a little challenging to find for us but once you realize it is monitored by a security guard 24hrs and he learns who you are then we felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect in every way!
This condo was an amazing home away from home. Lisette made sure there were so mny small details attended to, including some grocery items in the fridge and fresh fruit to welcome us. It was quiet and extremely safe. We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ecuador. It was perfect!!

As good as advertised
After spending days researching different hotel we chose this place based on reviews and price. If we ever return to Quito we will stay here again if it is available. Rocio, the manager is very kind and receptive. Lissette was very accommodating when we requested to check in early on the first day since our flight arrived early in the morning. She lined up transportation to and from the airport ($30 each way). She also allowed us to stay a couple of hours after posted check out time so that we would not have to wait 8 hours at the airport. We were concerned after looking at the map that this place was out of the way and would be difficulty catching a taxi. There is no problem at all, since there are taxi's everywhere. The highlight of the stay were the 3 resident conejos (rabbits) which we fed every morning. We named the biggest, friendlies one, "Fred". He only understand Spanish. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Fantastic apartment!!
Our group of 11 people stayed for one month in this spacious & conveniently located apartment. We arrived to bouquets of the beautiful fresh Ecuadorian roses. The owner, Lisette, went out of her way to locate a portable crib & high chair for the10 month youngest member of our party. It was wonderful to come back from a full day of touring & relax on the patio. Everyone enjoyed watching the bunnies. I would opt to stay here again if there is a future trip to Quito.

Perfect Place
First time staying in Quito, could not have found a more cozy & charming home ! Beautifully decorated , you can tell Lissette the owner loves her home ! Loved taking the tours , but it was perfect to come home to this charming safe neighborhood! The beds were excellent & everything you possibly need to feel at home was provided ! The whole experience was easy , the owner & mgr are always available ! The bonus was enjoying the sweet bunnies ! Thanks for sharing your home with us !
