"We arrived at this motel at exactly 8pm. There was a man exiting the lobby who walked right past us without a word, the employee we later gathered. The lobby was LOCKED with no number, no way to get a key. He knew we were there, but had disappeared by the time we realized we needed him. They do NOT answer their phone during their stated hours of 2pm-8pm, so there was NO way to get our key. I can't believe he just ignored us when he KNEW there were people with reservations that night. We were...
