"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Saint Michel. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining area with the barbecue. The quiet location made it easy to relax while still being close to Alvor, Portimão, and the beautiful beaches nearby."

"The staff was incredible here, very helpful and even left a to-go breakfast for us since we left for our early train before the service was available! Excellent location within the city that is walkable to all the key sights. I was delightfully surprised they even cooked breakfast for you instead of having eggs out in a chafing dish. Would recommend and visit again."

"The property is very cool. With art and vineyards surrounding you, it was a surreal experience. Our room was lovely, the staff friendly, and our wine tasting and host was perfect (separate reservation required). My only complaint were the three long flights of stone stairs down to our room, which is not a problem with small bags! There is an access road we could have used, but it was not mentioned upon check-in unfortunately. "

"Our host was very responsive to requests. The house is in a nice location on the north end of Silves. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy. The pool is excellent. The temperature was perfect. The laundry facilities are useable but do need a bit of upgrading/fixing and I think that is being addressed. The house with all the bedrooms and bathrooms is fantastic for all eight of us older guys. One thing we would have liked is a newer BBQ. Overall, this is a wonderful vacation home that I hope we will be able to rent again next year."
