The directions on Expedia stated check-in was required before 6 p.m. the staff was very flexible for our 8:30 p.m. check-in. The place was a little hard to find and required a 4x4 to get up a big hill. The property staff escorted us, which was extremely helpful. Sin embargo, se debe de mejorar la atención al cliente como por ejemplo dar con anterioridad el código de acceso al portón, brindar contraseña de Wifi. Yo llamé antes de hacer la reservación consultando si se requería vehículo 4x4 y me indicaron que no, pero al llegar al lugar si se requiere por que hay una cuesta demasiado pronunciada. They are bungalows in the middle of the forest, with breathtaking views. The property caretaker, Tony, is very polite. Strongly recommend this. Just a note, there is no restaurant around so you must drive to the beach or quepos to eat all meals.
