"Very nice location in front of the beach, and close to the main restaurant area. The hotel is ok, however is not 5\* by any means. Shaving kit is terribly designed as can't be cleaned, staff is not trained or experienced to a 5 star either, etc. it would make more sense to say it is a 4 star in a good location. "

"Excellent place to stay, reception ladies are so sweet & very nice & helpful. We had a studio for the night. Very clean & tidy. Recommend this place, bed was so comfortable, had the main essentials( Kettle,Plates,Cups,Cutlery,Bar fridge,Iron etc..) Close to all essentials Shops, Beach, Pubs. Checkout- we could leave our gears in a storeroom pickup before 6pm closing, good for last minute shopping etc. Parking was the same as well. No parking on site. Car parking available up the road bout 1min drive or 2min walk, cost $45 a night.(Costly staying longer thou)My only downfall is the shower as no pressure to wash long hair.lol otherwise excellent place,would stay again. Thanks😊 "

"I really feel like I'm outside Sydney it feels like a sanctuary retreat with such close distance from city centre. The staff are so friendly and kind to us. Accomodating to my husband's need whose mobility is such a challenge. Fresh air, zoo tours are such wonderful experience! We could also admire the Koala just right outside the windows from our hotel room."
