Our basement suite (LC104) was spacious, comfortable, well appointed and modern. It was a great place to return each night after a cold day out, and included all the cooking equipment we needed to prepare breakfast or dinner. The streets surrounding the accommodation were quieter than we expected, but there are nice restaurants and markets available, and it’s well located for public transport. Some things were missing that we had hoped to see for this kind of accommodation without daily housekeeping, such as dish clothes, paper towels, shower gel and hair conditioner, and a dustpan and broom, though we were able to get by with what was available. We pre-paid our accommodation via Expedia, and were contacted the day before our visit asking for credit card details by phone or email before we would be given any access codes. This kind of communication on such short notice was uncomfortable - more notice and more secure payment methods would be welcome.

The loft was very clean and a great use of space! It fit our family of 4 and two of them were teenagers. We were close enough to a lot of the major attractions and it was easy to uber even very early in the morning.

The apartments are pretty and minimalistic, exactly what you need, my two daughters really enjoyed the bunk beds, if you’re looking for something in the downtown area then it’s for you, but location and area that surrounds the building is not that pretty as the old Quebec streets and surroundings. It all depend on what you’re looking for. Apartment in general was clean and comfortable.

Love the area and the actual loft. Unfortunately, it was very smelly in the lobby and we found bed bugs in our room. We got bitten 20 times at night. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.

The property and staff were welcoming and accommodating for a unit of that type. The loft was spacious and the beds comfortable. The location was OK but required a long walk to the main points of interest of Québec.

The apartment was really nice; everything worked; everything was clean. We did not understand how to get to the front desk . . . The door requires a keycode that we had not received. Once we got in the first time, everything worked well.

Nice loft. However, never received the instructions and for 2h it was radio silent, no one did pick up the phone. Checkin 3hours later than advertise and had to improvise an activity while waiting for an answer. Nice place but service that day was terrible.

The room was clean and well equiped. Check in information was not sent to me. I had to call and request it. The premises are clean but the neighborhood is little skatchy, a lot of homeless people near the building.

After I booked, they wanted me to text a copy of my credit card and ID, no place to check in. All the towels were in the washing machine dirty not washed. Ordeal to get clean towels. Room was 28C, only a small ac on the wall that was not the appropriate size for the room. The bunk beds were nowhere near the AC, and blocked by a wall, so too hot.

While the outside could use a wash (it was late winter after all), the high ceilings and modern finishes made for a comfortable living space. Excellent bakery nearby. Centreville was a short walk.

Building façade is historic low rise in appearance and adds to the charm. On a main street with frequent bus transportation (one is from the airport bus 80) that passes close to the loft hotel. Modern interior. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedding. Amazing large loft windows facing boulevard Charest East. Walking distance to the old town. The reception area has a map of the old city and walking routes. Highly recommend to do walking routes.

Felt just like home! Really nice loft, area was busy and a bit further away from where we wanted but we got to see the city more. Great bakery near by and a neat place just down the street where we ate, drank, and played board games. Loved it!!
