The parking is quite a distance away , and seems like an unsafe place and very dusty. The room is big, with well equipped kitchen and clean inside. Windows cannot be opened , maybe because it’s really dusty outside . Reply from reception via email is fast when we were unable to cool the room. There is a supermarket behind the block and places for food nearby.

If you are renting a 2 bedroom apartment/room, don't count on having any privacy. There are no walls between the bedrooms, just curtains. Otherwise, it's a nice and clean hotel. Just wish there was more transparency about this setup.

Very impressed with the value of this place. Very warm and welcoming, a 10-minute walk from most places you'd need (restaurants, grocery, entertainment) and a short ride to Ste-Foy. I'll definitely stay here again when in Qc City!

The property was clean and mostly quiet (we had someone blaring their music for a bit). I don't think we should have to call for a housekeeper to change the garbage or refill supplies. Other then that, it was great!

Well located for accessing points of interest. However, keep in mind that Boulevard Charest is a major thoroughfare in QC, so the noise level is typical if an urban environment (and not a meadow in the countryside 😉)

It is an amazing hotel with modern interior design, quality furniture and appliances, and attention to detail. Remote communication and service are reliable and fast. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars and just a 3 min drive from the Old City. We enjoyed our stay so much so we would come here again!

The apartment is very roomy. Good location to attractions. There is no reception desk for check-in at the property, which led to some issue with my check-in process because I did not have a credit card on file for the refundable deposit.

Pros Comfortable space with a nice modern design The neighborhood has some fabulous restaurants (I recommend J Jaques and Le Clocher Penche, although they are a bit of a splurge.). It's a somewhat gentrified neighborhood, but it seems pretty safe. There are also many stores nearby, including a grocery store. Old town is about a half-hour walk. Suggestions for improvement It would have been nice to have a dresser or shelves for clothes, although our living room was big enough to keep our suitcases there. You have to get out of bed to turn off the lights in the bedroom. Bedside table lamps would be nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Les Lofts Dorchester and would stay there again.

I booked for two nights. When I showed up, the location is horrible, hotel is not pleasant, no front desk. The service is horrible. I tried to contact expedia and hotel, nobody even gets phone calls to deal with the issue. Lost all the money. I had to find another hotel. It was horrible experience.

Need to obtain an access code to the building and to the room via email before arrivals. Easy to communicate and used. Room is clean. Beds are comfortable. It was a great stay.
