Property is ok, clean enough. Heat in the room was set to " Hot as the Sun", and I think all the other rooms adjacent were set to extremely hot too, because the room stayed extremely hot even when we turned ours off and opened the window. Turning the AC full cold on eventually made the room livable. The front desk clerk was not compentant and gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied. So we fixed that, but while we were sleeping someone else opened the door to our room and half walked in. Thankfully our dog woke me up and I met the guy at the door, he said it was a mistake and left. Did the front clerk give someone else our our room too? Anyways, scared my wife pretty good. Never had that happen before.

Somehow I don't like watching silverfish run around in the bathroom while I am sitting there!!. Breakfast was terrible. Food bowls empty , insufficient seating place for all of the morning guests.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned by staff, but we were immediately given another room which was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We booked a king bed with a sofa sleeper. 3 seniors staying. One is 91, one 76, one 69. Two handicapped. The room was fine until we opened the sofa. No bedding. I went to front desk informing the evening male of the situation and he tells me bedding is in the drawer. None was there….went back to front desk, he said he would bring the bedding. I waited 1/2 hr then went back to front desk. I was given the bedding. I then went back to me room carrying the bedding while using my cane. I then had to make up the sofa bed MYSELF. This should not have been my responsibility as I don’t work for this place….

My spouse and I stayed a few times at this hotel with our small dog and every time we come here, the staff is very welcoming and friendly! We’ve had much different experiences in other places (because of our dog) so we’re most definitely coming back again!

Noon checkout time was helpful when juggling awkward travel plans. Room was fine, although a little overpriced. Breakfast room was swamped, way too small for the size of motel. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Small beds!
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The beds are sooo small. We had 2 doubles. My adult daughter stayed on one and my husband and I, on the other - a pretty uncomfortable night (we’re not big people!) The breakfast was good except there is nowhere to eat it. The 3 tables there were taken. Kind of disappointing.
