« Coto Eco Lodge a été une très belle expérience pendant notre voyage. La rencontre de Minh nous a permis de mieux découvrir cette ile et ses habitants. Encore très loin du tourisme de masse, cette petit ile recèle quelques trésors. Minh est par ailleurs un chef incroyable qui nous a régalé de mets vietnamiens incroyables. »
