Centre d'accueil de Qualicum Beach

The location is great and views of the harbour were beautiful, particularly in the morning and evening. The staff was helpful, but the front desk hours are completely impractical for a hotel. The desk is not staffed before 9 or after 5. The included breakfast was also substandard, with an overly sweet non-descriptive muffin, small flavored yogurt, with oat “dust” and sugared berry compote to add, and an apple. Because of the hours and my early morning departure, I needed to get the breakfast the night before, leaving it in the fridge (which really only affected the freshness of the muffin). It is such a nice location and spa, they really could do better.

La chambre et le service etait impeccables. La cuisine etait totalement equipee pour un long sejour. La location permettait de marcher partout en ville au lieu de conduire et la plage etait juste la!

Service was excellent, rooms were clean, breakfast had a very good selection. You can see the hotel is well managed. There was some type of event going on during my stay and the hotel got packed with children and parents - I think some sort of hockey game competition was going on. At some point, there was a loud incessant noise for over 1h of kids running upstairs that made the walls shake, I’ve called the reception desk and they took care of it right away. They’ve also started the breakfast 30 minutes earlier due to the amount of guests, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this place.
