"This is a very nice hotel, right in the heart of the Santa Fe historic district. Literally a half block from the oldest church in the U.S., as well as (supposedly) the oldest house. About three blocks from the main plaza, the Loretto chapel is about a block over, etc. Hotel itself is nice, we needed a handicapped accessible room with roll in shower and they delivered. Bath was in fact quite nice, though the room itself was a bit on the small side. I think this is because the hotel was redone/retro fitted at some point, obviously originally an older motel redone. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. There is a pretty good Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel, also handicapped accessible. They charge for parking which is in addition to the cost of the room. Nice pool area which we did not use. Lots of pretty flowers, at least in the summer (August) which is when we stayed here. I would recommend it."
"Great location to the Santa Fe Plaza and shops, as well as fabulous galleries and restaurants. We didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the spa or any of the other amenities, so can't comment on that."
"We had a very easy check in experience. The staff were helpful and very nice...the hotel was beautiful...walkable to the plaza and had a noon checkout which was great as we got in late and I had a meeting in Santa Fe for breakfast."
"This inn and spa offers complimentary valet parking, which makes walking the scenic area surrounding convenient. It's in the heart of a beautiful shopping square.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even when hiccups occurred, everyone's recovery efforts were appropriate and greatly appreciated. Specifically, Trinidad and Ben (bartenders), Colton at the pool, Ethan at the front desk, and Isaiah, the Assistant GM.
The pool is lovely and features an abundance of comfortable day beds. The overall decor is very native to local culture, which made our stay feel authentic.
I would return and recommend. Thanks for making my birthday trip memorable. "
Arbolitas New contemporary guest house.Beautiful, bright, private garden setting
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location to go downtown and then drive into Glorietta for some mountain biking. We brought a cot for our 13 year old to sleep on and our daughter slept on the couch..room for everyone. The main bed was super comfy with soft blankets and plenty of pillows. The casita is super clean and has everything you would need…even had a towel for ‘makeup’ and little packages with q-tips, cotton balls and pluckers. It’s those little things that make this place stand out. Highly recommend. No complaints here…thanks for sharing your place! "
