Good hotel working under COVID 19 Conditions
In general, the staff were professional and helpful. Regretfully, because of the current economic situation, I do feel that the management had no choice but limit certain things, like what was available for breakfast. Since I did pay for that, I did expect a little more. But the room was fine, the cleaning staff did a great job, and should I return to Qingdao, I will book them again.

Great hotel, a short metro ride from downtown Qingdao or the Expo Center. Nice outdoor area for coffee or drinks and relaxation. Only thing missing was a spa

The staff is wonderful. The buffets are great, huge variety and well prepared. The hotel is a bit far from main tourist attractions.

Very nice place.
Very nice hotel. The best Holiday Inn that I have been to, and I have been to a lot of them. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast was above average for any hotel, and superior to anything we have in the US Holiday Inn’s. All of the people I met there was helpful and friendly and the front desk personnel spoke English fluently.

Nice hotel close to the airport
This was an overnight stay after a late arrival from the airport. The staff were very helpful efficient. Their English was certainly good enough for check-in and met our needs. They really seemed anxious to please. We've stayed in our share of Asian hotels with hard beds and this was a welcome change. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very quiet since it's up and away from downtown or the beach. Oh, having outlets on both sides of the bed was also a pleasant surprise in a country where sockets are not as plentiful as in the US. The breakfast buffet the next morning was mostly Asian, but there were plenty of choices for us Americans who aren't ready for noodles or salad in the morning. The eggs, bacon, muffins, breads, cereals, fruit, and yogurt were all great. The espresso machine was a really nice treat since many Asian hotels only offer instant coffee. Checkout was a breeze. The location is 20-25 minutes from the airport with minimal traffic and is not easy to find for some drivers (don't let them charge you over a hundred for the trip), but it's still easy enough for them if you give them the hotel number. It will be a hike to get into downtown or the beach so consider where most of your business is going to take place before booking. A few caveats. We didn't visit the pool, fitness center, or check out the Internet service. You'll have to ask someone else about that.

Nice hotel close to Expo
We stayed in the hotel for three nights for our wedding anniversary and was being well looked after. The front desk has arranged a cake for us at the anniversary day as a gift. The staff are quite enthusiastic to offer help. When we did our check in, we were told that there was a special offer that would give us a room upgrade, free breakfast, free use of bar including drinks and snacks, and 2 free pieces of clothes washing for RMB200/day. That's a very good bargain and we are glad to pay this small amount for all the benefits that received. The only thing about this hotel is that it is quite far away from the city centre. You will be able to catch a taxi in the hotel but not may not be easy to find one when you came back from the city. There are still room for improvement for the staff to learn how to serve the customers properly. The gym facilities are good and new. There are steam room and sauna room provided in the changing rooms which are free to use. We really enjoy our stay in this hotel.

위치빼고 다 좋은 호텔
출장으로 연속 묵은 호텔인데 위치빼고는 전체적인 만족도가 높은 호텔이네요. 시내에서 택시로 70위안~80위안 사이면 원하는 곳 어디든 갈 수 있는 거리에 위치하고 있습니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 서비스도 좋은 호텔입니다.

호텔이 시내에서 다소 떨어져 있다는 것(택시이용은 편리한 편) 외엔 흠잡을 곳 없는 곳입니다. 아침식사도 훌륭하고 와이파이도 잘되구요.

전체적으로 홀리데이인 엑스포는 비추
고민끝에 다운타운에서는 멀지만 공항과 관광지에서 중간정도라 생각하고, 외관이 이쁘고 후기가 좋아 3박묵었습니다. 후기나 블로그에 나와있는거랑은 좀 달랐구요. 일단 시내쪽에서 너무 멀어서 오고가는데 시간과 진이빠져 너무 피곤했습니다. 택시를 이용했는데 한번나갈때마다 만오천원은 들었고 막힐땐 한시간반이상 소요되서 너무 힘들었어요. 블로그나 거리상으로는 20킬로 안쪽으로 나왔는데..여튼 4일내내 피곤했고, 너무 외진곳에 있어 10번 택시탔음 10번다 기사님들이 모르셨어요. 주소를 보여줘도 모르니 난감했구요. 편하게 힐링할 목적으로 칭다오엑스포를 선택했는데 결과적으로 실수였습니다. 칭다오여행할거면 이곳은 아니더라구요.

객실은 참 마음에 듭니다. 그러나...
생긴지 오래되지 않는 호텔이라서 시설은 깨끗합니다. 시내로 셔틀이 있어서 교통비도 절약이 됩니다. 시간은 30분 정도 걸렸네요. 조식은 좀 많이 부실합니다. 호텔의 격에 맞지 않네요. 공항까지 이동에는 택시를 불러 주어서 편하게 이용했습니다. 수영장이 지하에 있어서 리조트 느낌은 나지 않습니다. 가격대비 괜찮은 호텔이었습니다.

Nice team staff
Good image to the nice service from the front line staff at reception, conceigne and club floor. This is a newly developed expo site and the airport taxi driver could not have good knowledge with the route to the hotel. The wrong telephone number listed in hotel.com was attributed the problem too.
