They advertise non-smoking rooms. The smoke smell is horrible. My "non-smoking" room had a well-used ashtray with ashes around it. They keep your car keys so they can move you car around as people need to leave the small parking lot. Exterior noise was very loud in the room. The traffic and roads are nuts around the hotel. They do not allow refunds if you change check in dates. They would not offer a refund when I refused their smoking room that was advertised as non smoking. I was charged for 3 weeks, when I was only there for 5 minutes.

Your feedback is of great concern to us, and we are committed to addressing these issues to ensure they do not occur again. If I remember correctly, you came down for a refund right after checking in, without providing any explanation, and I informed you that a refund was not possible. If there had been any explanation, we would have been happy to consider room change or take appropriate measures. We deeply regret that this was not possible.We would like to provide some clarification regarding the concerns raised during your reservation : Smoking Issue: We do advertise non-smoking rooms, but also there are smoking rooms. Your review has alerted us to this problem, and we will be implementing stricter inspection and front desk work procedures to improve the quality of our service.Parking Service: To enhance the convenience of our guests' vehicles, we do request car keys to manage our parking lot and this is something we must do. However, we understand that this can be inconvenient. Exterior Noise: While we cannot control external noise around the hotel, we are actively exploring ways to improve soundproofing within our rooms. There are double windows and inner door just in front of front door. Refund Policy: Unfortunately, our refund policy is very strict. For specific information, we recommend checking the refund policy of the booking site you used.Traffic : As our hotel located middle of the Pyeong taek downtown, very close to the Pyeongtaek station and express bus terminal, the roads could be crowded depending on the times. Our hotel is continually working towards improvements and growth, and reviews like yours help us identify and address these issues. We are committed to providing you with a much better experience on your next visit. Only go if you don't have a choice
It's a place you take a one night stand. Went there on our couples honeymoon vacation and the pictures look awesome but the beds super and I mean super hard tiny pillows and the room was small and looked old. There was some mold growing in the bathroom.

Nice Stay!
The stay was nice an in a good location to nearby stores, restaurants, mall etc. Staff was friendly an very attentive to any needs or assistance. Room was alot smaller than I thought, but you have everything you need in the room. Only thing bed was hard, but that's the Korean traditional beds. Room was very clean an secure. Price for a week was at a good rate. Would stay again if I'm ever in Korea.

Staff was awesome
Room was very poorly lit, bedding was in poor condition, and the cleaning service did very minimal day to day room cleaning. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Tucked away in downtown Pyeongtaek
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little difficult to find, and Waze takes you the wrong way down a one way street. Really close to the train station and good places to eat.

Decent hotel but overpriced!
The room is really small but you have everything you need in the room with you. The location of the hotel is in a good spot close to everything. I believe the price for the room is alittle to high. I was charged $85 I think a better price would be $40-60 depending on season.

직원은 친절 하였으나, 방이 너무 좁고 담배냄새 남.
체크인 시 직원은 친절 하게 맞이해 주었으나, 방이 너무 좁고 문 열고 들어가니 담배냄새가 제일먼저 느껴졌음. 좁은공간이라 이전 투숙자의 담배냄새가 제대로 빠지지 않은 것 같음. 침구나 기타 시설은 깨끗한 편이나 대체로 좁아서 가족이 이용하기에는 비추천. 혼자 비지니스로 하루 정도는 그런대로 묵을만한 방이었음. 주위에 유흥가가 있어서 매우 씨끄럽고 부산스러움.

도착 전 더블배드로 교체해달라고 하니 알았다고 하시고는 도착하니 없다고 하고, 다른 객실 소리는 다들리고, 조명은 너무 어둡고, 목에 두드러기가 나서 보니 화장품이 작년 것. 다만 좋았던 것은 근처 맛집 물어보니 정성껏 대답해주셨음. 왜 이 가격에 이 호텔 평점이 이런지는 전혀 이해가 안 된다고 하니, 같이 갔던 사진가 형이 역 근처라 비싸도 잔다고 함. 아, 데이트 하시는 분들은 괜찮을 것도 같음. 어둡고.... 여튼 가족이나 일 때문에 가시는 분들 비추.

안녕하십니까 고객님, 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 인수인계 착오로 인해 발생한 문제이며 전적으로 저희 호텔의 책임이 맞습니다. 변명의 여지가 없습니다. 다시한번 죄송합니다. 화장품의 경우는 케이스가 작년 케이스이며 내용물은 소진후 비워내고 리필하여 사용하고 있습니다. 이로 인한 피부 트러블에 대해서는 고객님께서 다시한번 확인해주시기를 당부 드립니다. 조명의 경우는 연인 위주의 숙박을 받는 업소이다보니 객실 자체 컨셉으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 다만 몇 객실의 경우는 밝은 조명으로 셋팅이 되어있으니 혹여나 재 방문을 계획중이시라면 프론트에 말씀하시어 불편없는 객실로 안내받으시기 바랍니다. 다시한번 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다. 감사합니다.
