There are a few snacks available downstairs in the lobby along with free water, can coffees(I think), microwave, toaster, bread, butter etc. Great value for the money in an area that does not have a lot of other hotels. The pictures made this hotel look warm and inviting. It was nothing like that. When we checked into the two rooms that we booked, they both wreaked of cigarettes smoke even though they were supposed to be smoke-free. They were stains all over the walls the fixtures in the bathroom and the shower area we're not installed properly. The lamps mounted to the wall next to the bed continued to rotate on the wall when you try to turn them off because they were not mounted properly. There was dirt and debris in the bathtub and on the floors. The bed was so incredibly uncomfortable I probably only slept an hour the first night. I went to the front desk the next morning and said that I needed to check out of both rooms. I suffer from upper respiratory elements and the smell in the rooms was so strong it was causing my throat to close up and I was having a hard time breathing. I asked for them to cancel the remainder of the reservation and I tried to work with Expedia to gain a refund for eight of the nine days booked since we were checking out early and they refused to refund me for any of the stay even though the rooms were not safe or clean. I have no choice but to dispute the transaction with my credit card company at this point. Completely unacceptable.
