The property needs some major updating. It is very outdated on the outside and inside. Air conditioning would be a very big plus because it was extremely hot and inside did not have the proper air-conditioning accommodations for getting to the train instead of making somebody walked over 3 miles a day each way to and from the train station because Cavs cost were extremely ridiculous for a five minute ride equals $40. A pool at the facility would be nice. Entertainment would be nice. Games or some kind of activities would be nice. The food was very good. Breakfast could’ve offered a little more. When you say you’re having a bad day it should consist of more than eggs. The weight staff and servers were very nice. All the employees were very nice.

Honeymoon getaway
Postillion Hotel Amerfoort was a great place to stay. Our room was very clean and well supplied. We had a beautiful lake view. We haven't needed to use any of the services, however, the staff we had contact with were all very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that there is only access through the main entrance. Our room was quite a distance from the entrance and it was a long haul with luggage. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and would recommend to others.

Dogs in restaurant
Stayed for 5 nights, great hotel with an amazing view across the water, really peaceful setting. Room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, reasonable amount of choice. Our only complaint is the bad mannered guests who insist on taking their dogs inside the restaurant spoiling dinner and breakfast for other guests, I personally have a severe pet allergy, really not impressed with dogs barking and walking around shaking their fur while we ate dinner and to make matters worse one guest then allowed her large scruffy hairy hound to put its front paws on the table to be fed and lick her face, the owner got quite aggressive when another guest complained about the animal. It’s never necessary for animals to be in an public restaurant. Its a shame that this is allowed to spoil other guests stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The lake was wonderful to sit by on the terrace. The weather was beautiful in March and we didn’t see any bugs yet. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our bed was actually one large mattress and not 2 beds pushed together so that was pleasant. I only wish the patio furniture was nicer and a table outside would be nice. You can walk the trails to the beach and the park next to the hotel. The area was nice and quiet. Our room unfortunately had a door that could be connected to the room next door and the people next to us had a crying baby so we heard that for 3 days through the door so not soundproof. The terrace sliding door was a bit difficult to lock and unlock. Perhaps some instructions on the door would be helpful because I heard many others struggling with it. The staff were friendly. There is a large free parking lot with electric charging. Just grab the ticket when you first arrive, give it to the front desk when checking in, and they will register your license plate so you can go in and out without any fuss.

Der Preis von 20,00 Euro/Tag für einen ist extrem hoch. Es muss bei der Ankunft, dafür unterschrieben werden, was der Hund alles nicht darf. Der Hund darf während der Badesaison nirgends hin. Das Gassi gehen gestaltet sich echt schwierig. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel kann ich eigentlich schon erwarten, dass beim Frühstück frische Semmeln und Gebäck angeboten wird.

Der Check in dauerte sehr lange. Viele Leute wollten einchecken, aber nur 2 Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Das Zimmer war ein Eckzimmer wodurch der Blick zum Teil auf die Hauswand fiel. Das Hotel war sauber aber zum Teil altmodisch und dunkel (Flure) Das Zimmer war sauber und modernisiert. Die Betten jedoch klein und ungemütlich. Im Zimmer fehlte die TV-Fernbedienung. Es wurde kein Ersatz organisiert. Zimmer waren laut durch Klimaanlage und Türen knallen. Das Frühstück per Room Service fiel sehr schlecht aus. Serviert auf altem Aluminiumwagen, alle Speisen mit Frischhaltefolie umwickelt, anstatt mit Deckel abgedeckt. Rührei kalt, Bacon nicht kross. Im Hotel und Restaurant nur Kartenzahlung möglich. Auf der Webseite des Hotels zuvor nicht darüber informiert. Die Umgebung mit dem See sehr schön, nur leider kann man kaum eine längere Strecke am See entlang laufen, der Strandboulevard ist fernab vom Strand und mehr für Autos.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön am See. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren freundlich, am Restaurant langsam und überfordert. Das Frühstück ist nicht gut und mit 18€ viel zu teuer.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Wasser. Das Personal ist nett und bemüht sich, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Direkt an der Autobahn gelegen und doch ruhig, bietet es eine gute Mischung aus Erholung und der Möglichkeit etwas von den Niederlanden zu sehen.

Es war wunderbar, super sauber, tolles Personal, tolle Matratzen, schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser, parken inklusive. Eine Kleinigkeit wäre da, dass die Heizung und Lüftung auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand Geräusche macht, mit Ohropax aber nichts mehr zuhören. Wir würden wiederkommen und wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Goede accomodatie dicht bij afrit autobaan. Vriendelijk maar weinig personeel. Door evenement veel rumoer in restaurant. Kamer groot en schoon. Fantastisch water front uitzicht. Matras echter aan vervanging toe. Een queensize matras maar met flinke kuilen op links en rechts. Extra handdoekhaakje op badkamer is ook geen luxe

Koelkast warm,doet het niet,badkuip loopt leeg,dus badderen in de suite is niet te doen. Geen bad artikelen aanwezig,1 rol toiletpapier,.restaurant saai en sober op oudjaar,4 gangen dinner slecht 2 uur wachten op je dessert uiteindelijk maar weggegaan,en met honger eten was erg weinig voor veel geld. De lunch was slecht voor veel geld. Nooit meer daar overnachten. Slecht hotel .

Hotel ist okay, aber nicht besonders. Lage schön, Zimmer kahl und wenig wohnlich oder gemütlich. Matratze etwas durchgelegen, Lüftung laut. Ca. 30cm vor der Toilette ist die Duschwand, sodass wenig Platz ist. Frühstück gut in schönen Ambiente.

Goed en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, nette en strakke hotelkamer, mooi uitzicht op het meer als je voor deze optie kiest. Dineropties in het restaurant waren beperkt, daarom hebben wij wel ergens anders gegeten. Verder zijn wij positief over ons verblijf!
