Loved, loved, loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us all the help we needed. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready so we grabbed a coffee and checked out the hotel pool and fitness area. The room was ready very quickly and the front desk staff came looking for us to give us our room keys! We were thrilled that they didn't wait for us to go to them but sought us out! Everything is good. The hotel and the room are well kept, very clean. Love it when I first opened the door to the room as there was a very nice, clean sense of the room. Bed was comfortable, perfect. Breakfast was good with hot sausages, eggs, waffles and many other sandwiches, bagels, muffins and more. This hotel is in the transition of a new hotel chain but that doesn't bother me. I will definitely come back.
