The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and accommodating, even if worn a bit around the edges. The bathroom was nice, and the amenities were acceptable. The bed was comfortable and arrayed with lovely pillows. Our stay was pleasant and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, served in a delightful dining room. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home!
Fantastic! The house was super cute and my room was so cozy. Customer service was amazing. Breakfast was sooo good. So nice to wake up and smell the meal being prepared in the morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is a charming victorian home across from the quaint city park. The adjacent business district is quaint with that All-American small town appeal.

We stayed in the Dinsmore room. It was beautiful and spacious. The entire house has unique qualities. The staff was amazing. The breakfast setting and food was incredible. Definitely recommend.

The check in process was so easy & efficient & the house was absolutely charming. The outdoor seating area is great for catching up on the latest novel. Had a wonderful breakfast made by their super friendly and talented chef! What a wonderful time

House to Myself
Shannon has done a great job with the house. She's a very gracious hostess. I was lucky enough to have the house to myself on a Sunday night. It took me back to my grandmother's house as a child. I highly recommend The Barclay House and the town of wonderful people and sights.

This is a character filled property and the staff were delightful. Located right on Barclay Square you don’t get a better location.

This is a lovely B&B the property owner was very communicative and clear on any instructions we needed. A lovey Hostess made us breakfast the next morning and she was a delight to chat with as well. We stayed in the Dinsmore room only and it was nicely laid out with a private bath. We will be returning!

Fresh cooked breakfast excellent, be sure to talk to the chef who is friendly and informative about the town and Barclay history. We dined with another couple and made new friends over breakfast This was a stop off on a vacation trip and we are glad we chose Barclay.

We had a wonderful stay at Barclay B&B around the Groundhog Festival in July. The house is beautiful and well-kept. Shannon is a great host and very helpful. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast on the day we stayed so cannot review that. But there was stuff in the fridge and the grocery store is just a 5 minute walk.
