Relax and renew in this 4357 sqft magnificent villa. Relax poolside or under the covered terrace to take in magnificent views of Banderas Bay, while enjoying expansive, undisturbed views of Banderas Bay, all in complete privacy within the secured gates of Punta Tortugas.

3 spacious ocean view master bedrooms include full ensuite bathrooms with premium bedding and decor. The 4th bedroom opens up to a private courtyard with an outdoor fountain and mood lighting. You can sleep 8 adults comfortably with an additional 2 kids.

Your villa is equipped with many amenities including A/C throughout, pool, wifi, 5 TVs (Apple TV), surround speakers, Local line and long-distance line to USA / Canada, and 3 safes for your security and much more. The onsite housekeeper is available daily between 9-5, as well as a cook to make the most of your fully equipped, high-end kitchen and personal concierge. The dining table seats 10 comfortably and a child's highchair is available.

Beautiful house with amazing views
Amazing property, especially the outdoor area. We were able to watch for whales in the distance from the patio. Nice pool. The food prepared by Christina was great. About a 15 min drive to a great swimming beach and 20 min to Punta Mita. Would definitely go back.

Casa Tortugas is as beautiful as advertised. The property manager assigns a concierge, who was super helpful and friendly, and the house staff is wonderful. Included breakfasts and lunches were really good, and it makes for a super relaxing and fun vacation stay. Sitting by the pool and watching the humpback whales go by -- it's an idyllic setting.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Aside from having some communication issues with the concierge prior to our arrival, it all worked out very well. The house is very clean, child friendly, secure, in an upscale residential area with access to a rocky beach. We loved watching the whales breech and play. But Gaby and Ruben our cook/housekeeper and helper were the ones that made us feel at home and very spoiled. Gaby went above and beyond on her cooking and Ruben always was there with a smile. The property is about 1.5 miles from the W hotel, but other than that it is away from any type of town. WE loved that, and had a wonderful peaceful family vacation.

Casa Tortuga was beyond any Expectation
In this small paragraph I don't think I can convey the absolute pleasure and joy that we experienced from this flawless vacation. From renting the house to any arrangements we made, and we made a lot, to being picked up from the airport and delivered back... The concierge meeting us and explaining the house as well as their services and what they could provide threads...and then the food was unbelievable every day...the Concierge was beyond helpful... This is not braggadocious... But my friends and I have traveled the world and and this was by far the one of the greatest experience that we all have ever had from beginning to end!

AMAZING STAY
This property is everything you could ever want! The concierge, Daniella and Pedro, were phenomenal, the house staff/chefs were fantastic and kept us so well fed for the entire stay. Property is absolutely beautiful and even better than the photos. Can’t wait to come back.
