Punta Castelluccio Lighthouse Tours and Activities

We chose this hotel as it was a bit outside of the main centers of Syracuse and Ortigia. However, we were disappointed that they did not allow us to check in early, even though it was only about an hour to check-in time. They held our luggage for us but then when we left to get lunch to pass time so we could come back and check in, they forgot they had our luggage and were trying to show us straight to our room. The balcony, at least on the first floor, I wish we had not paid for, as it was not private and went straight to the pool area. Bathroom and room were just okay, nothing special. I would recommend maybe trying another accommodation to stay in.

My stay at the Ashbee Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and that I felt genuinely valued throughout my visit — the kind of personal care that’s rare to find.

Very nice hotel with amazing views , nice and spacious rooms with balcony’s , a wonderful pool and excellent breakfast daily. The staff was the jewel of the hotel with Mara & Laura . We enjoy our stay at Monte tauro hotel
