"The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. "Hotel is in a great area, rooms are clean, staff are great. We had a double on the 8th floor and the walls are really thin, so we had noise all night. This does not seem to be an issue in the lower floors."
