Non-hygienic, a simple request of hot water took more than 45 mins. Room was mentioned non smoking, but had heavy smoke inside. Housekeeping services are poor.

Attentive, kind staff. Good location. Thoughtfully suggested that I use an empty room (after I checked out) rather than the restroom to change clothes and freshen up before going to the airport. Very pleasant vibe in the hotel - made me happy. :)

Single bed was small, there were no room slippers. They also do not change sheets next day unless being asked to do so which is a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was good. In room information about hotel facilities was not present.

Rooms (Business Rooms) have only one power plug points, broken furniture, tv is horrible and they rate themselves 4 star hotel. probably a 2 star. Never gonna stay @ lemon tree.

The hotel is good and staff are excellent. The room they gave me initially wasn't clean and had laundry bags lying around and the bin wasn't empty. The staff immediate gave me another room and the rest of the stay was plesant.

Lackadaisical approach of reception staff
I was amazed to find my room kept open after the housekeeping attended it in the morning. When I arrived back I raised the matter to the front desk. They passed it on as a mere, rare oversight caused. I am not complaining about anything missing but this habit cannot be termed trivial fir security purposes.

good deal for hinjewadi phase-1 stay
My stay was comfortable at this hotel Things I liked + they have disabled people at work, they are giving opportunities to people who cannot speak or listen for the work they could do + room was clean + close to lots of companies in hinjewadi phase-1 + good neighborhood, good food around the hotel Things I didn't like - food from hotel was very expensive - front desk staff was not friendly - they charged me for local calls I made through hotel's phone, which was surprising for the charge I was paying for business class room - gym had no towels

Hotels.com cheated on me
I stayed in the hotel on 18th April for one night in room no. 517. As i had to stay in Pune unexpectedly, I booked the hotel through Hotels.com at 6 pm in the evening through my mobile. For ref. I must write here that when you log on the Hotels.com to search for any hotel, automatically it selects 2 Adults and 1 room. When I arrived at the hotel at 7 pm., the person at the reception made us to wait for an hour to confirm my room. and told us that i have to extra pay for double occupancy as the booking was made for single. On talking to Hotels.com, they said the same thing, However I request whoever books throug that poral to be very carful, as they are making extra money by giving you a single occupancy once you make the payment. My booking was for Mega offer pack which include free wifi, however the hotel staff told us that its free only for an hour. I again contacted the Hotels.com customer care, where after 20 minutes of holding call I was informed that there was some error in the print and the best the hotel is offering now is to take breakfast tomorrow morning at the hotel and I will get wifi free for night. About the room : The rooms are small with a very small bath where you could hardly shretch you one arm. Bed was well made and clean. Breakfast was OK with a reasoniable spread. Overall, Please book very carefully when booking through HOTELS.COM, and if you can avoide this hotel.

On the whole the stay was good - as is the case with Lemon Trees across India, the service staff is quite good and the breakfast is world class. The only real problem is the bathroom which is sub-standard in design and material but okay for basic needs. Bookings can be a problem last minute so it would be advisable to book in advance.

Very good hotel, comfortable rooms, very clean and well laid out with prompt service. They even had a first aid kit. Food is one area I thought they could improve....food is good but can get better.

Best Hotel for Business Trip
Lemon Tree was clean and comfortable. The staffs were well trained had enough hospitality for the guests. The room was big enough and it was cleaned well every day. There were some amenity stuffs as well. And Wi-Fi was well connected any time. The only thing I didn't feel comfortable was the location. It was quite far from the central part of Pune. I could arrange the hotel car anytime but it took more than 30 mins to get to the destination. The meal was nice and cheap. I didn't have any stomach problem at all there. The restaurant staffs were especially so polite and offered a good service.
