The renovation and energy redevelopment was completed in June 2024 and it is now a two-storey villa divided into 3 independent mini apartments: Lu Sule, Lu Mare, Lu Ientu, which overlook a 10 thousand m2 plot bordering the Ionian Sea: of during the day the view of the sea is breathtaking, at night the view of the starry sky is a true luxury. It is located 2.5 km from the city of Pulsano and the same number from that of Leporano, in the province of Taranto. From here Salento begins.
