The carpet in the room wasn’t pleasant, looked old and over used, but it was clean; the building is kind of old, but the place is big and very nice. The breakfast is outstanding. The outside environment is really nice, with a lovely view and plenty of trails to walk. Highly recommend this place.
Was close to a good restaurant pub you can walk to. The parking lot had a crater that almost took my oil pan, quiet, close to WSU. All hotels expensive due to college starting
Staff was great during check in. Breakfast was minimal, no meats, coffee was out 2 of 3 mornings. Didn't realize we would have to ask for housekeeping. But beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
Unique- it is built right over a small river. The view of the river was nice.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool, clean, was open. Sadly the spa was broken during our stay. The sauna will be a real asset in the harsh Pullman winters.
Good breakfast, lots of gluten free options.
Comfy beds, nice ac.
The hotel staff is excellent and does their best to be helpful.
HOWEVER, the condition of the hotel property is far below
my expectations of a Quality Inn.
Either expedite the remodel OR remove the Quality Inn
sign from the building.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our room had a piece of a chip on the floor, in the middle of the window, in plain sight from the day we checked in and it was still there when we left. The breakfast was OK. Plenty of choices (cook your own waffles, cold cereal, "day old doughnuts", yogurt, and warm scrambled eggs with sausage). There was milk and usually at least one juice to drink as well as hot coffee and tea. The front staff was friendly and helpful.
Great location, absolutely wonderful staff and clean and comfortable.

Parking is a little tight. Check in went very smoothly and the room was clean. Did have a little leak from the toilet on the floor, but it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was mediocre...not much to choose from, but it did the job. I had eggs and sausage links that were good. I really wnjoyed the walking path right off the parking lot. I will say that the TV in the room was small and NOT SMART. In today's world, a smart TV is a must. Nobody wants to spend their time trying to figure out an old TV and unfamiliar channels...just let me cast my streaming service!
