We booked the hotel as it provided washing machines for washing clothing. However, it broke down after trying 2 times to wash the clothes which we spend 4 hours trying to find out the problem. In the end, hotel took our clothing to their another branch for washing n come back in a pail (not laundering basket). Tried asking them to send another batch for washing the next day n was rejected. In additions, the washing area was like 3 floors down which we have to walk up n down to check the laundering. There r a lot of big fat mosquitoes n we found insects on the bed (not sure whether it is bed bug). Thus not suitable for very young children. Got a very stern warning from the reception as our kids were playing with the phone.
