The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served. As it was winter, it was quite appalling to know that the buffet dishes were served without food warmers. Hence, we had to settle with cold vegetables and french fries which weren't appetizing. The only warm food we had for breakfast was a cup of hot coffee/tea. Even the toasted bread that we asked the hotel staff to help us toast using the oven was not as hot as we thought it would have been. Reception staff is professional, room is big and clean, comparable to famous international hotels. We stayed at a room with 2 big hot spring bathtubs, one for cold. We spent 2 hours walking around in the gardens/farms.
