The bus to/from town only runs until around 7pm so budget for taxis or car hire. The facilities are quite basic. It was a matter of luck whether the hot water was running for a shower, and at least one of the sockets was hanging out of the wall. "

"Fantastic location for city center stays! The ease of check-in and checkout is unmatched and the property communicated regularly regarding my stay and offered check-in prior to arrival. "Had a bad start to this stay as the hill view room we were booked in was occupied when we arrived, This was a little concerning as we walked into a room where someone was staying (they were not in at the time). We were then moved to an apartment room which was nice although the WiFi did not work very well. The staff quickly refunded the difference in room price and they were very apologetic and helpful. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a good bed and bathroom. The breakfast offering at the hotel was terrible with a lack of staff on hand and a poor selection. This really does need to be improved as it is very basic and let the stay down. Hotel has good free parking and is a 20 min walk from the centre of Pula."
