"Good staff and Beautiful view"

"Macarena was very helpful, responsive, and nice. The hotel is clean and walking distance to restaurants, mini markets, the beach, and popular sightseeing areas. A warm breakfast is served every day. The spa amenities come at an additional cost, sadly the sauna was out of service during our stay and there was only one massage therapist, making availability limited. The room was comfortable, almost had a view of the volcano, and did not have a personal microwave or mini fridge. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend it!"

"The staff is very courteous and helpful. This is probably one of the most charming hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was good and is only two blocks from the lake and downtown area. "

Breakfast buffet was also good. Pretty much the standard buffet across lodgings. Gym is better than average with more equipment choices. Would recommend as the place to stay in Puerto Varas. "
